Having previously worked in a corporate setting for 3 and half years, joining Evolve in 2020 allowed me to expand my knowledge of the accounting world with an increased focus on the estate and arable industry. It’s an area I have thoroughly enjoyed learning about and I continue to expand my knowledge. 

Joining during 2020 naturally presented challenges related to the pandemic but it also gave me the opportunity to finalise my studies & become ACCA qualified in December 2022.

Alongside my day-to-day responsibilities, I also spend my time keeping up to date with industry changes. Joining the Suffolk Institute of Agricultural Secretaries has given me an insight into the day-to-day running of arable businesses and the approach of bookkeepers in order to make our roles more aligned with one another.
