​I grew up on an arable farm in Cambridgeshire and studied Agriculture at Reading University. After a year in Australia I joined one of the Top 4 accountancy practices where I spent 9 years before setting up my own practice in 2004. I was joined by two partners in 2007 when we formed Evolve Tax & Accountancy LLP. I'm extremely proud the practice has continually grown since then and now operates with a fantastic team from four offices across the East of England.
